Terms and Conditions

Available Packages:

We offer a selection of carefully designed packages to provide you with unique and unforgettable experiences. You can choose from various options based on your interests and preferences.

Transportation:

If you require transportation, please contact us in advance. We provide reliable transportation services to and from the location, ensuring a seamless experience.

Booking and Deposit:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the service, in cash and in Mexican pesos.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Health and Safety:

Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations before booking. All participants must be in good health to fully enjoy the tour activities. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional prior to participation.

Weather Conditions:

In case of extreme weather conditions, such as heavy rain or hazardous situations, we reserve the right to reschedule or modify the tour. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be offered.

Liability Waiver:

All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in the tour. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities, including aquatic activities in cenotes.

Tour Guidelines and Cenote Access:

For your safety, all participants must follow the guidelines provided by the tour guide. Access to the cenotes is subject to specific rules to preserve the natural environment. Please respect the local flora and fauna during your visit.

Group Size and Private Tours:

We offer both group and private tours. Group tours are subject to availability, while private tours can be arranged upon request for a more personalized experience.

Photography and Drones:

We encourage you to capture the beauty of the tour. However, the use of drones or professional photography equipment requires prior approval. Please respect the privacy of other participants and the natural environment during your visit.

Child Pricing Policy:

Children aged 0–3 years old: Free of charge

Children aged 4–7 years old: 50% of the adult price

Children aged 8 years and older: Pay full adult price
