Learn about the spiritual significance of birds in Mayan culture, and keep an eye out for endemic species such as the Yucatán vireo, motmot, trogon, and parrot.
Depending on the season, you may also spot migratory birds like the summer tanager, palm warbler, mangrove warbler, and others.
Follow a trail through the jungle and climb the observation tower for a breathtaking bird's-eye view of the surrounding area before returning to Muyil to complete your tour.
